The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1) part third of Article 26 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. No. 14-17, 133), to state in the following edition:

"3. The basis for absence of the People's Deputy at the plenary sessions of the Verkhovna Rada which are held according to the schedule of work the sessions of the Verkhovna Rada on reasonable excuses are:

1) accomplishment by the People's Deputy at this time orders of the Verkhovna Rada, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine according to the law, committee (according to the decision of committee which part the People's Deputy is);

2) business trips, participation in the events held within work of permanent delegations;

3) temporary disability;

4) receipt of services in the field of health care (according to the medical certificate);

5) maternity leave, maternity leave, child care leave, leave in connection with wedding, the death of the family, other circumstances when according to the legislation the worker is granted leave;

6) documentary confirmed transport obstacles which make impossible participation in the plenary sessions of the Verkhovna Rada.
