About introduction of amendments to the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998

Art. I. - In the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 (repeated publication: Official the monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. State Article 41 in the following edition:
"Article 41. Retirement age
(1) the standard retirement age 62 years for men and 57 years for women Is established.
(2) For the women who gave rise and brought up to eight-year age of five and more children the retirement age is established 54 years.
(3) For persons which acquired at least 10 complete years of insurance years of service in special working conditions, the standard retirement age established in part (1), it is reduced according to table 2.
