About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605:
in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1 of the word "regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom" shall be replaced with words "regional executive committees (further - regional executive committees) and the Minsk city executive committee (further - the Minsk Gorispolkom)";
in subitem 2.6 shall be replaced with words the word of "district Gorispolkoms" "district, city executive committees (further - the district Gorispolkoms)";
in subitem 2.7 shall be replaced with words the word of "Gorispolkoms" "city executive committees (further - the Gorispolkoms)";
in Item 5:
in subitem 5.4 of the word of "checks in local councils of deputies, executive and administrative organs of basic territorial level of established procedure of preparation, acceptance (edition), accounting, systematization, the direction for obligatory legal examination" shall be replaced with words "checks of observance in local councils of deputies, executive and administrative organs of basic territorial level of established procedure of preparation, acceptance (edition), accounting, the direction for obligatory legal examination of regulatory legal acts";
state subitem 5.5-1 in the following edition:
"5.5-1. information support and maintenance of state policy in the field of justice;";
to exclude from subitem 5.6 of the word "in the Republic of Belarus";
in subitem 5.7 of the word "settlement and rural" shall be replaced with words "city (the cities of district subordination), settlement, rural";
in Item 6:
add Item with subitem 6.7-1 of the following content:
