About modification of the Regulations on licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon

1. Bring in the Regulations on licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2012 No. 155 "About licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 10, Art. 1243; 2017, No. 42, Art. 6152), following changes:

a) state Items 9 and 10 in the following edition:

"9. Submission by the license applicant of the statement for provision of the license and documents, necessary for receipt of the license, their acceptance by the licensing body, decision making about provision of the license (about refusal in provision of the license), renewal of the license (about refusal in renewal of the license), suspension, renewal, cancellation of the license and its cancellation, forming and conducting licensed case, maintaining the register of licenses and provision of the data containing in the register of licenses, licensed cases of job seekers of licenses and (or) licensees, including in electronic form are performed according to the procedure, established by the Federal Law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity".

10. The licensing body places in the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" in accordance with the established procedure data on the course of adoption of the decision on provision of the license by it (about refusal in provision of the license), renewal of the license (about refusal in renewal of the license), suspension, renewal, cancellation of the license, data on cancellation of the license, and also data on date of provision of the license and registration license number.";

b) state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. The state fee in sizes and procedure which are established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees is paid for provision of the license and its renewal.".
