Article 1 to add 1) with subitems 11-1), 14-1) and 14-2) of the following content:

"14-1) reserve stock of grain - the foodgrain inventory used for the purpose of secured provision of the country by foodgrain in case of emergency situations of natural, technogenic and social nature, introduction of emergency state, and also in need of the purposes of the regulating impact on the domestic market;

14-2) management of reserve stock of grain - the activities of the operator for the grain market aimed at providing storage of reserve stock of grain at the cereal-receiving companies at the expense of budgetary funds and also on purchase and realization of reserve stock of grain;";

"10) ensuring maintenance of reserve stock of grain.";
