About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning rate of the value added tax from separate transactions for implementation of the Contract between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Poland about loan granting on the terms of the connected help and to other questions of public debt
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:
1. 14, subitem 141.4.10 Item 141.4 of Article 141, subitems 165.1.2 and 165.1.52 of Item 165.1 of Article 165 and paragraph one of subitem 196.1.1 of Item 196.1 of article 196 after words "the central executive body which provides forming and realizes the state financial policy" to add subitem 14.1.44-1 of Item 14.1 of Article with the words "and/or realizes the state budget policy in the field of national debt management and the debt guaranteed by the state".
2. To add subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" with Item 75 of the following content:
"75. Temporarily, for implementation of the Contract between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Poland about loan granting on the terms of the connected help of the September 9, 2015 ratified by the Law of Ukraine "About ratification of the Contract between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Poland about loan granting on the terms of the connected help" with zero rate of the value added tax transactions on delivery of goods/services on customs area of Ukraine which are performed directly by the contractors registered in the Republic of Poland and their representations registered on customs area of Ukraine according to the contracts signed in pursuance of the specified Contract with project orderers on development of boundary road infrastructure and arrangement of check points of the Ukrainian-Polish border and other projects are assessed which will be approved by the Parties and to be financed within separate contracts between exporters from Poland and legal resident persons of Ukraine".
