"16. The higher education institution establishes requirements to candidates for workers in case of employment by determination of qualification characteristics of positions of workers according to the subitem 2 of Item 2 of article 43-1 of the Law "About Education".
At the same time the higher education institution provides lecturing by the teachers having academic degree "candidate of science" or "doctor of science", or degrees "the doctor of philosophy (PhD)", or "the doctor on profile" or the academic degree "the doctor of philosophy (PhD)", or "the doctor on profile", or degrees "the doctor of philosophy (PhD)", or "the doctor on profile", and/or academic status "the associated professor (associate professor)", or "professor" (in the presence), and also with degrees of the master of the corresponding sciences and (or) the senior teachers having years of service at least three years as the teacher or years of service of practical work on profile at least five years.
