About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014 No. 145

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014 No. 145 "About the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes:
- state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Establish the extreme number of employees of central office of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 95 established posts (without service personnel). To perform financing of 87 established posts at the expense of the republican budget and 8 established posts at the expense of special means of the ministry.";
- in Item to replace 3rd figure and the word "7 units" with figure and the word "5 units" and to exclude words", including to Central office of 5 units".
2. Bring in appendix 1 to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014 No. 145 "About the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes and amendments:
- add Item 7 with paragraphs the third or eleventh the following content:
"-development and acceptance within the powers of regulatory legal acts on protection of the rights of the child;
- coordination of activities of state bodies and other organizations for protection of the rights of the child;
- development and representation to approval of the state and local programs on protection of the rights of the child in accordance with the established procedure;
- submission of the annual statement on protection of the rights of the child to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;
