For the purpose of automation of process of provision of the state services, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of boundary regime and mode of borderland of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 4, 2016 No. 172 the following changes:
in the Rules of boundary regime and mode of borderland of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. In Rules the following concepts are used:
the automated information system - the system which is set of program hardware, intended for automation of the activities connected with collection, storage, transfer and information processing;
the petition - the document containing the appeal of physical person or legal entity about the entry visa on the border territory where the boundary regime directed through the portal of electronic services of authorized body in the field of registration of the population or provided on paper is set;
the valid document - the identity document which all parts and details correspond to the samples established by competent authorities of the state which issued it is drawn properly up by bodies, competent on that, not delayed, belongs to the bearer and has no counterfeits.";
- add item 4 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"Permission is drawn up by putting down on the petition of special stamp of authorized state body in the field of registration of the population. The form of special stamp affirms authorized state body in the field of registration of the population.";
