In the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, the Art. 1916):
a) offer second of the paragraph of third Item 65:
after the words "as of January 1, 2012 trade in electrical energy and capacity was not performed" to add with the words "and also concerning the generating equipment of power plants put into operation after January 1, 2021 which is registered in the wholesale market as separate group of points of delivery and concerning which the agreements specified in subitems 7-11, the 14 and 15 item 4 of these rules were not signed";
add with the words "and the corresponding generating equipment";
b) in Item 114:
