For the purpose of expansion of use of keys of the digital signature by physical persons and legal entities, the Cabinet of Ministers decides creations of opportunities for remote access to the certificate of key of the digital signature:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 10, 2018 No. 348 "About approval of Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in registration of key of the digital signature and issue of the certificate of the digital signature through the centers of the state services" according to appendix.
2. Under the Cabinet of Ministers together with mobile operators with taking measures to ensuring information security according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About personal data" till July 1, 2021 to provide to the ministry of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State center of personalisation step by step establishing interdepartmental electronic interaction with Yangi Tekhnologiyalar Scientific information center under the State Tax Committee and the Agency of the state services under the Ministry of Justice for data acquisition about the subscriber of mobile communication according to its personal identification number of physical person.
3. To the Ministry of Justice and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
