I. "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, of Art. 545 with subsequent changes) to add the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. Before entry into force of the law of Ukraine concerning change of system of local courts in the territory of Ukraine in connection with creation (liquidation) of areas the relevant local courts continue to perform the powers within the territorial jurisdiction determined before entry into force of the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "About creation and liquidation of areas" of July 17, 2020 No. 807-IX, but no later than January 1, 2022".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. Suggest the President of Ukraine to submit for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the bill of Ukraine concerning change of system of local courts in the territory of Ukraine in connection with creation (liquidation) of areas.
3. Offer the Supreme council of justice before adoption of law on change of system of local courts in the territory of Ukraine in connection with creation (liquidation) of areas to take organizational measures for ensuring work of the courts in the areas liquidated by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
