in Rules of conducting examination of the requests for objects of industrial property approved by the specified order:

"Inventions in the field of renewable energy resources belong to objects for which favorable conditions for patenting are provided (energy of sunlight, wind power, hydrodynamic energy of water, geothermal power: heat of soil, underground waters, rivers, reservoirs, and also anthropogenous sources of primary energy resources: biomass, biogas and other fuel from organic waste), directed to decrease in emissions of pollutants in the environment and used for production of electrical and (or) heat energy, the invention in the field of information and communication technologies, inventions in the field of diagnosis, prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, in case of threat of origin and which distribution is entered rationing arrangements, including quarantine, and also oncological diseases.".
2. To provide to department on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
