About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of NKREKP

According to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:

1. Bring in Chapter 5 of the Section IV of the Code of gas-transport system approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2493, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 for No. 1378/27823, the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

in paragraph eight after the word "nominations" to add with words, signs and figures "and renomination for gas days D till 02:00 UTC (04:00 on the Kiev time) hour for the winter period in gas days (D-1) and 01:00 UTC (04:00 on the Kiev time) hour for the summer period in gas days (D-1)";
