1. Bring in the Instruction about requirements to rules of internal control of the operators of mail service performing financial transactions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2015 No. 1, the following changes:
in Item 1 of the word "the Law of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "part three of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus";
the first offer of part nine of item 4 to add with words ", changes of essential conditions or methods of their rendering, implementation of new technologies for implementation of the financial transactions connected with postal money transfers";
