About modification of the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" to state article 30 of the Law of May 7, 2002 to No. ZR-337 in the following edition:

"Article 30. Deputy manager of community

1. The head of community has deputy (deputies).

2. The deputy manager of the including the city settlement or integrated community is the head (ordering) of conditional militant crew, and the deputy manager of the not integrated community including rural settlements or the executive head of the settlement included in structure of the integrated community - the head (commander) of conditional militant battalion of community (settlement). The management of conditional militant crews and battalions of the corresponding community (settlement) of the officials provided by this part is performed according to plans of preparation and application of militia.

3. The deputy manager of community appoints to position, except for the deputy manager of community, the electee on pro rata electoral system, and the head of community dismisses.

4. The deputy manager of community performs the functions assigned to him by the charter of the office of municipality.

5. At the request of the head of community the deputy (one of deputies) replaces the head of community for lack of the last.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
