1. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
2. Determine that payments to citizens which according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 30, 1994 No. 1110 "About the amount of compensation payments to separate categories of citizens" appoints monthly compensation payments till January 1, 2020 and also to mothers (or to other relatives who are actually performing child care) consisting in employment relationships with the organizations irrespective of their forms of business, and the female serviceman who is on child care leave before achievement of 3-year age by him who was born till January 1, 2020 are performed according to the procedure, acting before entry into force of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication. Provisions of Item 2 of this resolution extend to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2020.
