The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About features of state policy on ensuring the state sovereignty of Ukraine in temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2018, No. 10, Art. 54; 2019, No. 42, Art. 238) following changes:

Item 5 parts one of Article 5 to add 1) with the words "and also involvement of perpetrators to criminal liability for crimes against the world, safety of mankind and the international law and order";

2) part one of Article 8 to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3) around implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions the possibility of implementation by authorized persons of bodies of pre-judicial investigation and prosecutor's office of powers in criminal procedures concerning the offenses made around implementation of the specified measures, in particular, through obligation of the admission of investigators, investigators and prosecutors to this area, and also provision of the corresponding assistance by it is provided. The admission of investigators, investigators and prosecutors of the area to implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions is performed according to the procedure, determined by the Commander of the integrated forces".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
