About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rates of the state fee" of April 15, 2019 No. 159
For the purpose of ensuring automation of the state services, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rates of the state fee" of April 15, 2019 No. 159 the following changes:
in the rates of the state fee approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 8 of Chapter 4:
recognize subitems 5 and 6 invalid;
in subitem 14 the word of "omission" shall be replaced with words "entry visas on the border territory".
2. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
