About modification of the Law "About Bankruptcy of Banks, Credit Institutions, the Investment Companies Managing Investment Funds and Insurance Companies"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 27, 2020

Article 1. In the Item "in" and the second paragraph of the Item "e" of part 2 of article 31 of the Law of November 6, 2001 No. ZR-262 "About bankruptcy of banks, credit institutions, the investment companies managing investment funds and insurance companies" the words "10 million" shall be replaced with words "16 million", and the words "5 million" - the words "7 million".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since December 1, 2020 and extends also to the deposit agreements existing at the time of entry into force of this Law.
