About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2006 No. 705 "About monthly monetary pay of separate categories of government employees" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2:

"14. Payment of monthly monetary pay stops (is not made) in the cases provided in Item 2 of the Decree which approved this Provision and also in connection with the death of the government employee.".

2. Determine that payment of monthly monetary pay, the appointed (paid) to entry into force this Decree, is made (does not stop) if the President of the Republic of Belarus does not make the decision on deprivation of the government employee of the right to monthly monetary pay.

3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
