in Rules of issue, change and repayment of quotas for emissions of the greenhouse gases approved by the specified order:
5) of Item 14 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) data on state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity, the authorized body receives from the corresponding state information systems.";
to state the subitem 5 of Item 19 in the following edition:
"5) data on state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity, the authorized body receives from the corresponding state information systems.";
state Item 25 in the following edition:
"25. In the cases specified in Item 24 of these rules, the operator of installation gives to authorized body not earlier than April 1, but no later than October 1 of the year following for reporting, the following documents:
1) the statement on scope change of quotas for emissions of greenhouse gases in form, according to appendix 2 to these rules;
2) the verified passport of installation (in case of introduction of new stationary source);
3) the validirovanny plan of monitoring (in case of introduction of new stationary source);
4) the document confirming commissioning of source from the beginning of year of development and the period of action of the National plan (in case of introduction of new stationary source);
