About modification of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

1. Bring in the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; 2015, No. 36, Art. 5034; 2017, No. 25, Art. 3684; No. 43, Art. 6335; 2019, No. 5, Art. 389; No. 45, Art. 6365; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2106; No. 27, Art. 4234; No. 36, Art. 5629), following changes:

a) in paragraph seven of Item 100 of the word "December 15, 2020." shall be replaced with words "on February 15, 2021";

b) Item 264 in paragraph three to replace the word of "October" with the word of "December".

2. Determine that when carrying out long-term competitive selection of capacity with start date of delivery of capacity since January 1, 2026 the deliveries predicted in year amounts of the maximum hour consumption of electrical energy in each price zone which would be subject to use when carrying out such long-term competitive selection of capacity in 2020 are used.

3. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2020.
