About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 327 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 the words "from four to eight" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-528 (further - the Code) "from six to twelve".
Article 2. Regarding the 4th article 327.1 of the Code of the word "from three to eight" shall be replaced with words "from six to twelve".
Article 3. Regarding 3rd article 327.2 of the Code of the word "from six to twelve" shall be replaced with words "from eight to fifteen".
Article 4. In article 327.5 of the Code:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "it is punished by penalty in the amount of fiftyfold to the two hundredfold size of minimum wage or arrest no more than three months or imprisonment no more than a year" "no more than three months or imprisonment are punished no more than three years by penalty in the amount of two hundredfold to the six hundredfold size of minimum wage or arrest";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 2 words "from one to three" "from two to six".
Article 5. In part 5 of article 327.6 of the Code of the word "from five to eight" shall be replaced with words "from five to ten".
Article 6. In article 328 of the Code of the word "no more than four" shall be replaced with words "from one to five".
Article 7. Regarding 3rd article 356 of the Code of the word "from five to fifteen" shall be replaced with words "from eight to fifteen".
Article 8. In part 7 of article 361 of the Code of the word "from three to eight" shall be replaced with words "from six to twelve".
Article 9. Regarding 3rd article 362 of the Code of the word "from six to twelve" shall be replaced with words "from eight to fifteen".
Article 10. This Law becomes effective right after its official publication.
