About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Article 158.1 of the following content:
"Article 158.1. Violation by the legal entity or individual entrepreneur who obtained the license for implementation of pharmaceutical activities, mandatory requirements or conditions of licensing in the course of implementation of pharmaceutical activities in the Republic of Armenia
1. Violation by person, licensed on implementation of pharmaceutical activities, mandatory requirements or conditions of licensing in the course of implementation of pharmaceutical activities in the Republic of Armenia if they did not entail the responsibility established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing" attracts the prevention.
2. Not elimination of the corresponding violation by the legal entity or individual entrepreneur within 30 days after application of the prevention for assumption of the violation provided by part of 1 this Article:
attracts infliction of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. "Part 19 of Article 158" to add part 1 of article 230 of the Code after words with words "Article 158.1".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2021.
