About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 332.3 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further - the Code):

"2. The act provided by part of 1 this Article, made with threat of murder of the lawyer, damnification to his health, destructions or damages of property:";
To add 4) with part 3 following of content:
"3. The acts provided by part 1 or 2 of this Article, made with use of official capacity:
are punished by penalty in the amount of four hundredfold to the seven hundredfold size of minimum wage or imprisonment no more than three years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than two years or without it.".
Article 2. To state article 332.5 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 332.5. Intervention in activities of the notary
1. Compulsion of the notary to making of notarial actions or any intervention in its activities:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of two hundredfold to the four hundredfold size of minimum wage or arrest from one to three years.
2. The act provided by part of 1 this Article, made with threat of murder of the notary, damnification to his health, destructions or damages of property:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of two hundredfold to the five hundredfold size of minimum wage or arrest from two to three years.
3. The acts provided by part 1 or 2 of this Article, made with use of official capacity:
