Article 1

1) in Article 22:

a) in part 8 the first offer to state in the following edition: "The representative of the employer and (or) civil servants authorized by it are part of tender committee (including from division concerning public service and personnel and division in which competition on substitution of vacant position of civil service is held), and also the independent experts included in structure of tender committee according to provisions in parts 8.2 of this Article are the representatives of scientific, educational and other organizations who are specialists in the respective areas and types of professional office activity of civil servants for personnel technologies and civil service.";

b) add with parts 8.2 - 8.4 following of content:
