About modification of the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. In Item 8 of article 37 of the Law of May 5, 1998 "About forced execution of court resolutions" the word "thousandfold" to replace No. ZR-221 with the word of "two-thousandfold".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
2. Owing to this Law the enforcement proceeding renews within 14 days if it was suspended before entry into force of these changes based on Item 8 of article 37 of the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions", because of insufficiency of property of the debtor in the amount of thousandfold to the two-thousandfold size of the minimum wage established by the law, and the creditor or the debtor did not submit the application for bankruptcy based on part 2 of article 6 of the Law "About Bankruptcy" yet, or the submitted application was returned.
