The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 23, 2013 No. 734 "About approval of Rules of issue of omissions on entrance to border area to foreigners and stateless persons and changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 42, by the Art. 622);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 4, 2016 No. 51 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 23, 2013 No. 734 "About approval of Rules of issue of omissions on entrance to border area to foreigners and stateless persons and changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, Art. No. 8-9-10, 38).
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
