surcharge during the autumn period - at the expense of the remained means allocated from the republican budget and own funds of Corporation.";
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. Delivery conditions - EXW "ex-works" (Inkoterms-2020) on the cereal-receiving companies determined by Corporation.";
state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. SHTP provides Corporations the documents confirming carrying out agricultural works (for legal entities the copy of statistical form 4-cx (annual) "The report on sowing results on the harvest eve" with mark about adoption of the report by bodies of statistics and/or the electronic form of this statistical form unloaded from personal account of bodies of statistics in the presence of serial number of the certificate of authorization, confirming actually sowed areas of crops for the current year with mark about adoption of the report by bodies of statistics, for country / farms the certificate of the acreage seeded in the current year by crops certified by the signature of SHTP).".
