About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on the right of accomplishment of motor transportations of passengers in the regular message
According to the paragraph the second article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2017 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About road transport and motor transportations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on the right of accomplishment of motor transportations of passengers in the regular message approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2008 No. 1398 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 236, 5/28412), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Decisions on carrying out tenders on the right of accomplishment of city, suburban, long-distance intraregional, long-distance interregional motor transportations of passengers in the regular message are accepted by customers of such transportations - local executive and administrative organs (further - the customer).";
1.2. "operator" to add Item 5 after the word with words of "motor transportations of passengers";
1.3. "operator" to add Item 6 part one after the word with words "motor transportations of passengers (further - the operator)";
1.4. the tenth Item 10 after the word of "passengers" to add the paragraph with the words "in the regular message";
1.5. to add the paragraph of the seventh part one of Item 14 with the words "or violations of the requirements provided by agreements of motor transportation of the passenger, chartering for motor transportation of passengers about the organization of motor transportations of passengers in the regular message";
1.6. add Item 17 with part two of the following content:
