About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002

Single Article. - In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

4. In the sanction of part (Article 326-1 of the word "imprisonment for a period of 2 up to 5 years" shall be replaced with words 2) "imprisonment for a period of 2 up to 6 years".
5. In Article 327:
in the sanction of part (words "imprisonment for a period of up to 3 years" shall be replaced with words 1) "imprisonment for a period of up to 6 years";
in the sanction of part (words "imprisonment for a period of 2 up to 6 years" shall be replaced with words 2) "imprisonment for a period of 2 up to 7 years";
in the sanction of part (words "imprisonment for a period of 3 up to 7 years" shall be replaced with words 3) "imprisonment for a period of 3 up to 8 years".
