About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2019 No. 156
In pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2020 "About construction of premises" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 247
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2019 No. 156 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2018 No. 473" the following changes:
1.1. in Regulations on procedure for the conclusion, execution and agreement cancelation of creation of objects of shared-equity construction, conditions of attraction of money when implementing shared-equity construction approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
paragraphs two and third to state in the following edition:
"physical persons - for shared-equity construction of premises in the apartment, blocked apartment houses, single-family apartment houses with profit of the builder no more than 5 percent from the estimated cost of premises determined in current prices;
individual entrepreneurs and legal entities - for shared-equity construction of premises in the apartment, blocked apartment houses, single-family apartment houses without restriction of profit of the builder;";
add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"physical persons and legal entities, individual entrepreneurs - for shared-equity construction of non-residential premises in the apartment, blocked apartment houses and (or) other real estate objects without restriction of profit of the builder.";
exclude Item 6;
add Item 7 with the words "due to reduction of the size of profit";
the paragraph one of Item 9 to state in the following edition:
