in Rules of carrying out accreditation of the certification centers approved by the specified order:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules of carrying out accreditation of certification centers (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 7, 2003 "About the electronic document and the digital signature" and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for carrying out accreditation of certification centers".
2. To provide to committee on information security of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
