Changes which are made to the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of March 19, 2020 No. 198n "About temporary procedure for the organization of work of the medical organizations for the purpose of implementation of measures for prevention and decrease in risks of spread of new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19"

1. To add Item 6 of the order with paragraphs of the following content:

"temporary regular standard rates of the structural divisions of the medical organization providing medical care to adult population with new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 in stationary conditions according to appendix No. 16;

temporary regular standard rates of the structural divisions of the medical organization providing medical care to children with new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 in stationary conditions according to appendix No. 17.".

2. In appendix No. 10:

a) the paragraph one of item 4 to state in the following edition:

"4. The structure and the number of staff of structural divisions of the medical organization for treatment of COVID-19 are established by the head of the medical organization.";

b) state Item 4.1 in the following edition:

"4.1. Forming of the temporary staff list of structural divisions of the medical organization for patients with new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 is performed according to the temporary regular standard rates provided by appendices No. 16 - 17 to this order.

In coordination with executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of health protection the temporary staff list of structural divisions of the medical organization for patients with new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 can be created with variations from the temporary regular standard rates provided by appendices No. 16 - 17 to this order, proceeding from amounts of the provided medical care.".

3. Add the order with appendices No. 16 and 17 of the following content:
