About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring activities of the museums of institutions of higher education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the museums and museum case" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 25, Art. 191; 2010, No. 5, Art. 45; 2014, No. 5, Art. 62):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part four of Article 7 of the word of "educational institutions" "organizations of education";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in part two of Article 9 of the word of "educational institutions" "organizations of education";

"Educational institutions" shall be replaced with words 3) in part two of Article 15-1 of the word "organizations of education".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, Art. No. 37-38, 2004):

1) Item 2 parts seven of article 33 after the word "technoparks" to add with the word "museums";

Part one of Article 55 to add 2) with Items 5-1 and 10-1 of the following content:

"5-1) director of the museum";

"10-1) scientist of the museum";

Item 5 parts one of article 62 after the word "libraries" to add 3) with the word "museums".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
