Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2020 No. 440 "About prolongation of action of permissions and other features concerning allowing activities in 2020" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 15, Art. 2294; No. 17, Art. 2797; No. 25, Art. 3896; No. 27, Art. 4227).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. To add appendix No. 2 to the specified resolution with Item 27 of the following content:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Implementation of activities for operation explosion-fire-hazardous and chemically hazardous production facilities I, II and III classes of the danger and activities connected with the address of explosive materials of industrial function till January 1, 2022 are allowed without renewal of the corresponding licenses in connection with address modification of the place of implementation of the licensed type of activity specified in the license. The license for the specified types of activity is subject to renewal in connection with address modification of the place of implementation of the licensed type of activity specified in the license in case of the address of the licensee with the corresponding statement.";
b) state Item 5 in the following edition:
