About modification and amendments in Regulations on investing activities of the insurer and the overcautious person

1. Make changes and addition to the Regulations on investing activities of the insurer and the overcautious person approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 3, 2009 No. 68 (рег. No. 1982 of July 16, 2009) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 29, the Art. 340), according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes and amendment brought in Regulations on investing activities of the insurer and the overcautious person

1. In Item 2:
