About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Notes to the table 1 of appendix 7 to the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018 (2018, Art. No. 441-447, 715), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 17-1 of the following content:
"17-1. In departure from Item 17 for the first semester of 2020/21 academic years (September - December, 2020) the amount of the pedagogical activities performed by pedagogical workers including holding executive positions, in organizations of early, primary, gymnasia, lyceum and out-of-school education is not limited.
Approval of additional number of hours over limit, stipulated in Item 17, is approved with the Ministry of Education, culture and researches.
The government has the right to extend the term specified in the first paragraph, but no more than for 6 months from the date of its expiration.".
Art. II. - In the Law on organization of some measures of support of business activity and on modification of some regulations No. 60/2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 108-109, 186), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. To state the prolog of article I in the following edition:
"Art. I. - For the purpose of support of workers and employers in the conditions of economic effects of epidemiological situation (COVID-19), and also agricultural producers, victims of natural disasters, to found the Program of subsidizing of interest rates and the Program of compensation of the VAT.
In value of articles I and I-1 agricultural producers, victims of natural disasters to consider the business entities who suffered losses more than 50 percent of agricultural products on the area at least 30 percent of total area of the lands which are in use and/or ownership as a result of the natural disasters taking place in 2020 that is established by the stating acts approved by the Commission on emergency situations.".
2. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Beneficiaries of the Program of subsidizing of interest rates
