Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2020 No. 274 "About temporary measures for settlement of legal status of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation in connection with threat of further spread of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 16, Art. 2573; No. 25, Art. 3874) following changes:
a) in Item 1:
in paragraph one of the word "till September 15, 2020." shall be replaced with words "till December 15, 2020";
state the subitem "v" in the following edition:
"c) terms of voluntary departure from the Russian Federation foreign citizens and stateless persons concerning which the decision on administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation in the form of controlled independent departure from the Russian Federation, is made on not permission of entry into the Russian Federation or undesirability of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation;";
b) in Item 2:
in paragraph one of the word "till September 15, 2020." shall be replaced with words "till December 15, 2020";
state the subitem "b" in the following edition:
