in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

"219-1) approves rules of technological accession to power networks of the power transferring organizations;
219-2) approves the standard agreement of technological connection of electrical units with installed capacity to 200 kW of subjects of entrepreneurship to power networks of the power transferring organizations;";
functions of departments:
add with subitems 21-1) and 21-2) of the following content:
"21-1) develops rules of technological accession to power networks of the power transferring organizations;
21-2) develops the standard agreement of technological connection of electrical units with installed capacity to 200 kW of subjects of entrepreneurship to power networks of the power transferring organizations;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
