About entering of amendment into the Law "About Bases of Administration and Administrative Production"

Article 1. No. ZR-41 "About bases of administration and administrative production" to add part 1 of article 74 of the Law of February 18, 2004 with the Item "g" of the following content:
"d) cases when person which is not the addressee of the administrative act appeals the administrative act favorable for the addressee of the administrative act (including the provisions favorable for the addressee of the administrative act in case of the associative administrative act).";
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
