About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative legal proceedings

Article 1. In article 140 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative legal proceedings of December 5, 2013:
Part 1 after the words "in reasonable time" to add 1) with words ", except as specified, provided by this Article";
To add 2) with part 3 following of content:
"3. The Appeal Court considers the petition for appeal made against the court resolutions resolving case on being, accepted as a result of hearing of cases, provided by Chapter 31.5 of this Code and makes the decision within two months from the moment of receipt of case.".
Article 2. Add the code with Chapter 31.5 of the following content:
"Chapter 31.5. Production on cases on contest of legitimacy of the acts adopted within application of the actions established by the law in the conditions of quarantine
Article 222.13. Production on cases on contest of legitimacy of the acts adopted within application of the actions established by the law in the conditions of quarantine
1. To administrative court cases on contest of the administrative acts adopted by competent authorities within application of the actions established by the law in condition of the quarantine established according to the laws "About Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemic Safety of the Population of the Republic of Armenia" and "About Protection of the Population in Emergency Situations" (further in this Chapter - quarantine), actions (failure to act) are jurisdictional.
2. The rules established by this Chapter do not extend to hearing of cases about contest of the adopted administrative acts, actions (failure to act) in case of violation of the restrictions applied by the decision on establishment of the quarantine provided by the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses.
