About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2014 No. 360 "About movement of goods for private use" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
state subitem 1.1 in the following edition:
"1.1. customs duties, taxes concerning the goods for private use imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Republic of Belarus in the international mailings to one receiver - physical person, constantly or temporarily living or temporarily staying in the Republic of Belarus (further - the receiver), or goods for private use 1, delivered by carrier to one receiver, are not paid in cases when:
the cost of the goods sent in one international mailing does not exceed the amount equivalent of 22 euros, and weight does not exceed 10 kilograms;
the cost of the goods delivered by carrier according to one transport (transportation) document does not exceed the amount equivalent of 22 euros, and weight does not exceed 10 kilograms.
If concerning the goods for private use sent in the international mailings or delivered by carrier it is required to make recalculation of foreign currency, such recalculation is made on the official rate of Belarusian ruble in relation to foreign currency established by National Bank for date of import of data tovarov2.
Action of part one of this subitem does not extend to goods of medical appointment and specialized food products of dietary clinical nutrition which list affirms Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Republic of Belarus in the international mailings and (or) delivered by carrier to the physical persons included in the list created by the Ministry of Health, having separate incurable diseases which list is determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
The procedure for submission by the Ministry of Health to customs authorities of information about the physical persons specified in part three of this subitem is determined by the Ministry of Health in coordination with the State Customs Committee;
