1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses approved by the order of the Central management of the Security Service of Ukraine of March 22, 2017 No. 173, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2017 for No. 506/30374, the following changes:

The paragraph third Item 2 of the Section I to add 1) with words ", deputy chief of Head department of internal security of the Central management of the SSU and chiefs of representations of internal security";

2) in the Section II:

add Item 3 after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph the fifth such content:

"Registration of materials about military administrative offense, including preparation of the draft of the protocol, is performed also by the staff of Head department of internal security to whose functional tasks implementation of counterintelligence and operational search activities, and also inspection control is referred.".
