About modification of Rules of the market and the Technique of pricing on support services
According to the laws of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" and "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Rules of the market approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 14, 2018 No. 307, the following changes:
Item 3.10.2 of Chapter 3.10 of the Section III after subitem 7 to add 1) with the new subitem 8 of the following content:
"Marginal 8) price of purchase of VU;".
With respect thereto subitems 8 - 12 to consider respectively subitems 9 - 13;
2) the offer third of Item 4.1.4 of Chapter 4.1 of the Section IV to state in the following edition: "The price for the delivered electrical energy within provision/receipt of the emergency help and/or algorithm of its calculation is determined according to the agreement and approved by the Regulator.";
Item 10.6 of the Section X to state 3) in the following edition:
"10.6. Will promulgate the ceiling price for each type of VU of SMALLPOX in details of the corresponding auction.".
2. Bring in the pricing Technique on support services approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of April 26, 2019 No. 635, the following changes:
1) in Item 2.1 of Chapter 2:
