About modification of the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency

Bring in the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2006 for No. 1035/12909 (with changes), such changes:

Paragraph one of Item 1 of Chapter 2 of the Section III to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The bank accepts payment request on forced write-off of means of corresponding bank from its correspondent account, checks availability in the Unified state register of judgments of the decision/court order on money recovery and in case of availability of the corresponding decision / court order on money recovery in this register, and also on condition of absence in this register of determination of court about suspension of execution/action of the decision/court order about money recovery performs payment request according to rules of document flow and procedure of payments payment requests which are determined by the regulatory legal act of National Bank about clearing settlements in Ukraine in national currency, taking into account the following features:";
