1. Bring in the Regulations on consolidation of professional participants of the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 27, 2012 No. 1925, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 25, 2013 for No. 182/22714 (with changes) (further - the Provision 1925), the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

in Item 1:

after words of "associations of professional participants of the stock market" to add with words "(further - OPU)";

after words of "self-regulatory organizations of professional participants of the stock market" to add with words "(further - SRO)";

to exclude paragraphs of the fifth and sixth of Item 2.

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the ninth respectively paragraphs the fifth - the seventh;
