1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out open discussion of drafts of decisions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of June 30, 2017 No. 866, the following changes:
1) in Chapter 2:
in Item 2.1:
in paragraph one of the word and the signs "with attraction of local executive bodies and/or local government bodies (if the draft decision concerns the certain region and/or territorial community)" to exclude;
after paragraph one to add with new paragraphs second and third such content:
"At open discussion there can be representatives of local executive bodies and/or local government bodies (if the draft decision concerns development of the certain region and/or territorial community) and other interested persons.
The licensee shall invite to open discussion local executive bodies and/or local government bodies (if the draft decision concerns development of the certain region and/or territorial community).".
With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the fifth respectively paragraphs the fourth - the seventh;
to add the paragraph of the sixth of Item 2.3 with signs and words "(under approval)";
the fifth Item 2.4 to add the paragraph with signs and words "(under approval)";
