1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2020 No. 126 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 16, 2020 No. 287 "About further stabilization efforts" (No. 56) the following amendment is published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of March 21, 2020:
the special procedure for forming, refining and execution of the republican budget approved by the specified resolution:
add with Item 11-1 of the following content:
"11-1. Assignment from reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for increase in the authorized capital of the legal entity with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital which main object of activity is the organization and holding the international specialized exhibition in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also postexhibition use of the territory of the international specialized exhibition, for designing and construction of wholesale distribution centers is allowed.
The administrator of the budget program represents to authorized body on budget implementation the petition for assignment with appendix of summary calculations and reasons.
Following the results of consideration of the petition, summary calculations and reasons the authorized body on budget implementation sends the conclusion to the administrator of the budget program.
